Engagements are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Criativo.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of engagement. Criativo reserves the right to withhold access to services until full payment is received. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the client institution.

6. Onboarding & Delivery

Implementation and onboarding timelines are estimates. Criativo is not liable for delays caused by third-party integrations, client-side infrastructure, or force majeure events. Risk and responsibility for data provided during onboarding passes to the client upon confirmation of data receipt by Criativo.

7. Warranty & Support

Criativo products are supported and maintained as specified in the applicable service agreement. Warranty and support do not cover issues caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow Criativo's implementation guidelines. Any requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to review by Criativo. Unauthorised cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Criativo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to data loss, academic disruption, or operational interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on criativo.ai, including logos, product names, descriptions, and imagery, is the property of Criativo and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Institutional & Partner Relationships

Authorised partners and resellers operate independently. Criativo is not responsible for representations, warranties, or commitments made by partners beyond what is expressly stated in official Criativo documentation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
